The Algarve Vineyard Gastronomic Experience can begin in two distinct ways.

Vineyard Experience
Guests visit a local wine estate, where they explore the Algarve terroir, regional grape varieties, and winemaking traditions. Along the way, they are introduced to the agricultural heritage that shapes the region’s identity.

Municipal Market Experience
Alternatively, the experience begins at a traditional market, among local producers and fresh ingredients. This moment reveals the foundation of Algarve cuisine and its close relationship with seasonality and local production.

Following this introduction, the experience continues in the Algarve Gourmet tasting room overlooking the vineyard.

Here, guests enjoy a curated gastronomic moment where six regional tapas and a signature dessert are introduced through a live cooking experience, using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers.

The selection may include seafood from the Algarve coast, regional meats, artisan bread, and products from the Barrocal Algarvio, as well as reinterpreted traditional desserts.

The experience is paired with estate wines and concludes with a tasting of a Portuguese fortified wine.

At the end, guests have the opportunity to purchase wines and regional and signature products.

Options for dietary restrictions or intolerances are available upon prior request, according to the pricing table (see Important Information).

For greater convenience, the Algarve Vineyard Food Experience may include transport with pick-up and drop-off at your accommodation.

Non-Alcoholic Options:

• Participants who do not consume wine may choose lemonade, fresh juice, or water at the time of booking at no additional cost.

Accessibility and Mobility:

Pet Policy:

• Pets are permitted only in outdoor areas and must always be kept on a short lead or in an appropriate carrier.
• Access may be refused to animals that may disturb other guests, staff, or the activity due to their behaviour, health condition, or hygiene.
