After pick-up from your accommodation, the Seven Hanging Valleys Tour begins a journey lasting approximately 6.5 to 7.5 hours, dedicated to actively discovering one of the most iconic landscapes of the Algarve coastline.
The walk begins at the stunning Praia da Marinha, often considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Here, the famous limestone arches rise from the sea like natural sculptures shaped by time.
Along the trail, you will pass the entrance to the impressive Benagil Algar, the picturesque Praia do Carvalho, and the iconic Alfanzina Lighthouse, all while enjoying sweeping panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean.
The trail reveals the famous Seven Hanging Valleys, geological formations created when ancient watercourses carved into limestone, leaving valleys that now end abruptly at dramatic cliffs.
Along the way, you will encounter almost lunar landscapes, small wooded areas, rocky islets, secret coves and beaches of rare beauty.
The walk ends at Praia de Vale Centeanes, where, if sea conditions allow, you may enjoy a refreshing swim.

- Artisan bread baked in a wood-fired oven;
